post_SpamBy popular demand, Spam, the original mystery meat, will again be present in 2014 Philmont trail lunches.

Introduced by Hormel Food Corporation in 1937, Spam is a year older than Philmont. Instead of being in a can with a key that often broke during the can-opening, the 2014 Spam version comes in single person foil packets with very little of the gelatinous goo that accompanied the canned version. The taste remains unchanged.

You can reserve your portion of this epicurean adventure by registering for the PSA Trek, July 14 to 21, $475 per person.

Seventy two slots have been made available for the 2014 Trek, and most have been sold. Act now to reserve your space.
