Update: All but the Autumn Adventure are sold out or no longer taking registrations.
July 24-26
Registration deadline is June 10, 2009.
$100 adults (ages 12 and older) $30 youth (ages 5-11).
This is the event of the year for the PSA. Come to Philmont and gather, fellowship, and share your favorite Phil-memories. This year’s reunion will take place at the Kit Carson Museum at Rayado. You can bring your own tent or we’ll have one for you provided by Philmont.
The PSA Annual Meeting will be on Saturday, July 25th.
This location will provide opportunities that we have never had before, including dinners at select backcountry camps. Events will wrap-up on Sunday morning, but you can stick around for a service project through Tuesday morning.
I am contacting you on behalf of Clay Campbell. He works nights managing the local theater and this time of the year has very little time. Anyway, he is a Philmont Staff veteran and just heard about the reunion today from a friend in Florida (we are in Colorado). He is an Eagle and would absolutely love to attend Saturday night for the reunion. Is there any way that could happen? Do you know whom I would need to contact? It would be a six hour drive for us but he has this weekend off so we could do it if it is possible to make the reservation. I appreciate any help you can give me in trying to do this for him. He was injured there about 30 years ago, the cannon went off when he was loading it. Anyway, he is fine now but his scouting memories of Philmont are some of the dearest memories he has.
Thanks for any help you can give me.
Sincerely,
Barbara Moore

Though I previously registered for two spaces, I did not state that the other one is for my wife, Peggy.
Dear Larry,
I believe you were the KCT guide coordinator in 1954 – at the old Stockade. If that was you, perhaps you remember me as one of the KCT guides. I have good memories of that summer. Have y9ou kept up with any of the staff from that summer? I’d be interested in anything you have to say on the subject, as well as about yourself.
I’m retired, live in Austin, went to the 2005 staff reunion and climbed the TOT with a small party – much harder now than in 1954.
Thanks
ED SUMMERS

Also, I am no longer able to sleep on the ground. For the Philmont Staff Reunion and Service Project will there be a cot available (and electricity for CPAP machine)?
