We invite all PSA members and their families to join us in 2021 for the Annual PSA Reunion. 2021 is the 50th Anniversary of the Philmont Conservation Department. The schedule will include activities and programs suited for all members of the PSA, even if you didn’t have direct involvement with the Conservation Department over the years. Guest speakers will join us to discuss the natural resources landscape that is the backbone of this sense of place which Philmont gives each of us. Celebrate our past while we empower ourselves for the next 50+ years of conservation at HOmE.

Cost: $50-$200+$50 Covid Surcharge
*All events subject to a $50 Covid surcharge fee, but it will only apply to a single event per summer so if you register for multiple events you will only pay once.

Note: No on-site registration. Must be registered to attend any event at the PSA Reunion.

Reunion 4 Day Full Package- includes canvas tents and all meals.
Youth ages 12-17: $75
Youth ages 4-11: $50
Youth ages 3 and younger: FREE
Reunion Daily Rate– each day will include canvas tents and all meals.
$67 per person (adult or youth)
Maximum daily rates offered for up to two days, if you are interested in three days please register for the Full Package.
Please Note: The PSA reserves the right to deny or revoke registration where appropriate.
1. No onsite registration, all participants and guests must be registered
2. Have a negative covid test OR proof of vaccine upon arrival. Youth 11 and under do not need a test, youth 12 and up will need proof of vaccine or negative covid test. “NO ONSITE TESTING”
3. Bring completed Philmont Health Form Parts A&B AND Philmont Code of Conduct & Consent Form.
4. You will need a MASK
Arrival & Check-In in front of PTC Office: If you arrive on Wed, July 21st, check in is from 2-4pm at the PTC Office.
If your check in is another day, per the daily rate, check in the PTC Office from 8am-9am per your arrival day.
*You must be cleared and be checked in before attending the PSA Reunion & Programs.
Upon Check in, you will receive an updated Program schedule of all events from the PSA & PSA Reunion Memento!
Masks at Philmont: Philmont is implementing the recommendations released by the CDC and State of New Mexico for overnight youth camps. Bringing in 25,000+ participants from across the country requires everyone’s participation to stay staff and open for the summer!
Conservation work sites: masks are required when cohorts are gathered in groups; once cohorts are spread out and working, masks can be taken off.

Individuals must be a current member of the Philmont Staff Association or direct family member to attend the 2021 PSA Reunion. All PSA Reunion attendees, whether it is 1 day, 2 days or all 4 days, MUST register and follow the Philmont check in guidelines of proof of vaccines or negative Covid tests.
Your spouse does not need to be a Member of the BSA to attend the Reunion. *BSA requirements are for Summer Trek, Volunteer Vacation, any overnight trekking in the Backcountry.
Covid-19 Negative Test or Proof of Vaccine: To attend the PSA Reunion, Philmont is requiring either a copy of a vaccination card completed 14 days or more prior to arrival at Philmont OR documented proof of a negative test within 3-7 days, but no more than 7 days upon arrival.
Safety Forms: Philmont is requiring every Camper that register at PTC this summer, fill out a Code of Conduct Form and Consent Form.
Health Forms: You will only need Parts A&B when staying at PTC of the Reunion for the Health Form: Philmont Medical Form Parts A&B.
Health Form are needed for participants in: PSA Reunion- Philmont Family Adventure Camp – Training Center Conferences – Fall & Winter Retreats (unless otherwise specified) As part of the check-in process, all forms will be reviewed by the on-duty Health Officer and will be kept on file at the Philmont Infirmary until the end of the week, when they will be returned. Please do not send or mail your health forms in advance of your arrival. Please bring any necessary medication (such as asthma inhalers, bee sting kits, or other needs) as these items may not be locally available.
Tooth of Time Hike* The iconic Philmont Landmark will be available as an adventure activity option for 2021 Family Adventure Camp Full-Week participants! This all-day, 5.25-mile roundtrip, staff led hike is very strenuous due to the significant elevation change over short distance, a peak over 9,000 feet, strenuous rock scrambles needing both hand and foot support, and rough terrain. Participants should expect hot weather, minimal shade, and challenging terrain. *Parts A, B & C of the Health Form Required for this Hike.
**There is a $25 per person charge for the Tooth Hike and it is scheduled for Friday morning, July 23rd from 6am-2pm and you must pre-register and meet the Health Requirements to do the Tooth Hike. Contact the PTC Office to Pre-Register at 575-376-1135.
